Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative programs and activities tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of our senior participants.
• Staff Management: Provide effective leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of caregivers, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.
• Client Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with program participants and their families, actively soliciting feedback to continuously improve our services and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, ensuring strict adherence to all state and federal guidelines to guarantee the safety and well-being of our clients.
• Budget Oversight: Manage program finances responsibly, developing and adhering to budgets while identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum requirement in a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, or Healthcare Administration. Advanced degree preferred.
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successful leadership in a similar setting, demonstrating strong organizational and managerial skills.
• Passion for Seniors: Genuine empathy and compassion for the elderly, coupled with a commitment to promoting their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
• Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences fluently in Spanish and English.
