On Time Staffing is seeking distribution customer service reps for our warehouse in Joliet, IL!
Starting pay rate : $21.46
Available Shifts :
M-F 4PM-12 : 30AM
Job Description : The Customer Service Representative carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and receipts and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
Other responsibilities include answering / routing telephone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed by Customer Service Supervisor or Office Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Responding to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc.
in a courteous and effective manner
- Processes and inputs all customer orders
- Produces stock reports to check for product availability
Job Requirements :
- Must have 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Must have shipping and receiving experience
- Must provide resume
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office
- Must have RF Scanner experience
- Must pass computer and math assessment tests
