Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. This position is a 1099 Independent Sales Rep with profit sharing at 40-50% of profits sold from each job. Also, looking for additional help with installation needs that will be paid out as 1099 also via piece rate for each item installed. Previous experience and knowledge of Blinds, Shades, Shutters, Motorization, Verticals, and other window treatment products are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs
- Sell products or services by explaining features and benefits
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Utilize basic math skills for pricing and calculations
- Organize sales visits and demonstrate products
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in selecting products for remodeling projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in basic math for pricing and calculations
- Organizational skills to manage client accounts effectively
- Prior experience in inside sales is advantageous
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing quality service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
