Responsibilities:

• Manage all communications channels, including texting, social media, and emails

• Assist with answering phones and directing customer inquiries

• Develop engaging content for social media posts and email campaigns

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely manner

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses is a plus

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a bonus
