On The Fly Pest Solutions is Hiring a Wildlife Technician Near Pikesville, MD

No experience required! All training is provided and fully paid!

This is an hourly position starting at $19/hr which goes up from there after training to $22-$25/hr based on skills. 40 hour work week plus overtime is available. 8 hr shift either Sun-Thurs or Mon-Fri between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM. You will never be asked to work on Saturdays!

A company vehicle and gas is provided. After 90 days, employees are eligible to take the vehicle home and start their daily route from there.

What does a typical day for a Wildlife Technician look like?

-Driving between customer locations

-Talking with customers to understand their wildlife problems and identify where in the home they are seeing activity.

-Inspect the property for animal entry points and perform seal up work to prevent animal entry.

-Place traps to to track animal activity and perform treatments to eradicate and/or prevent wildlife.

-A successful candidate will be comfortable working on ladders and rooftops. Capable of following directions and understanding problem resolution.

· Ability to safely climb ladders and lift/carry up to 50 lbs

· Ability to pass a background check and clean driving record

· Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

· Be a team player, able to work both independently and with a team

· Great observational skills and attention to detail

· Reliable, positive personality, eagerness to learn

· Flexibility with availability and scheduling
