Material Coordinator Job Summary:

Receive, identify, and secure all incoming materials for reclamation purposes. In coordination with reclaim management, prepare all outgoing shipments for reclaim operation and other reclamation activities. Must be able to learn and be comfortable in MS Office (including Outlook), SAP and SharePoint. Position requires fair amount of material handling up to 50 lbs., with assistance being available at any time. Maintain high levels of performance in an environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Reclamation Material Coordinator Essential Duties:

• Base oversight on all reclaim material handling

• Use material handling equipment i.e., Forklift and pallet jack
• Perform accurate SAP transactions
• SharePoint site administration
• Process Documentation
• Coordination of outbound shipments which involve reclaim material or other equal activities

• Processing of high value material ensuring compliance with all pertinent policies
• Ensure compliance the rules and regulations
• Act as point of contact (POC) for existing vendors and internal customers

• May also act as POC for future vendors and evaluate for potential business

• Perform material handling duties as needed

Qualifications:

• A minimum 2 years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite of resources including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Advanced SAP skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Effective knowledge of high value material
• Able to remain on feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Candidates must successfully pass a full background check

Material Coordinator Pay: $20-$23/ hour

Signing Bonus: $1,000
