On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Property Reviewer to join our team in Tucson, Arizona!

This is a critical role for our operations! In this position, you will serve as the eyes and ears of each property for our internal operations!

The position entails going to both occupied and vacant properties that are managed by On Q Property Management to inspect the condition, take pictures, and document your findings. You do not need to be a professional/licensed inspector. However, the position does require being thorough, detailed, efficient, and managing your time professionally.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving - You need an active driver's license & good driving record. Logo-wrapped On Q Car will be provided.
• Using Mobile Technology - On Q has its very own Inspection App to inspect properties and benefits from using the latest technology.
• Inspecting Properties - Take pictures & record detailed notes of your findings (iPhone provided by On Q) so excellent written communication and attention to detail is MUST!

Job Requirements:

• Active Driver's License
• Great Driving Record
• Strong multi-task, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
