On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Property Inspector to join our team in Gilbert, AZ!

We are a fast-growing property management company focused on customer service, communication, and technology. In this crucial role, you are the eyes and ears of the company, requiring a keen attention to detail to report back to clients and other internal departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving an On Q logo-wrapped vehicle for up to 75% of working hours
  • Maintain a clean interior and exterior of a company-provided vehicle
  • Efficiently Operate our systems and applications to document inspections
  • Take extremely detailed notes
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively to other departments
  • Provide superb customer service in interactions with Clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Great Driving Record
  • Active Driver’s License
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer Service Mindset
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
  • Experience in a customer service, coordination, or dispatch role
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
