• Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
• Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the properties.
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
• Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
• Light Plumbing
• Carpentry Repairs
• Plastering / Skim Coating
• Tile repair and replace
• Providing Access to Properties
• Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
• General landscaping as necessary

*Time & Half for any Emergencies Response and Emergency Work Performed after regular, business hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.61 - $27.14 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
