On Line Design, Inc. is assisting our client with hiring a Part-Time Product Returns Lab Associate. This job is 10 hours/week and is located on-site in Mason, OH. Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. Some lab experience is preferred but not required. This role is a float role. Most weeks hours are 2 days per week with 5 hours per day. Days are somewhat flexible. However if other workers are out on vacation, this role needs to float their hours up to cover those days. Typically all is able to be scheduled in advance. This is a great role for a retiree or looking to re-enter work force.

Responsibilities

• Handle consumer and organize products in the lab.
• Document and record product information in the computer database. Take photos of products using an iPad.
• Collaborate with lab manager and analysts.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a lab or working in an administrative assistant position.
• Comfortable working with strong fragrances in a laboratory environment.
• Skills or experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
