Responsibilities

Maintain and develop a relationship with new and existing clients

Recruit new contract staff for growing needs

Develop a team of staff to contribute to growth and needs

This is a remote position however the successful candidate must be located in Minneapolis/ St Paul metro area and visit client sites

Qualifications

College degree

5 years of staffing industry experience in recruiting and business development

Proven ability to develop and maintain new clients

Proven ability to recruit staff in healthcare and related arenas

Supervisory experience

Understanding of Human Resources regulations and laws as they pertain to the staffing industry.

An ability to be flexible to develop the business

Maintain and enhance the business reputation and breadth

Strong networking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,450.00 - $57,561.00 per year
