Our client, one of the largest and most established law firms in eastern Connecticut is actively seeking a driven Transactional Attorney to join their esteemed team.
Experience: Minimum 2 years, with a focus on:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Secured finance transactions
- Contracts
- Business and commercial real estate
- Business formations
- General business practice
Key Qualities:
- Exemplary work ethic
- Strong people skills
- Demonstrated drafting experience
Type: Full-time, hybrid role (in-office 4x per week)
