Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Associate. As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking product movement, and ensuring accurate stock counts. This is a crucial role in our supply chain management process, as it directly impacts our ability to procure, sell, and produce goods efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Monitor and track product movement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory
- Implement and maintain effective materials handling procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and software
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to breakdown and receive pallets into the warehouse with a maximum of 50lb. weight limit.
- Forklift and warehouse equipment experience, certification will be conducted onsite and the ability to load and unload trucks when needed.
