PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Retrieve EFT payments from Insurance websites
• Retrieve EOB
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Bill secondary claims as needed
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify discrepancies by, and resolve, billing issues
• Send bill reminders or finalize for refunds
• Generate statements and report detailing accounts receivable
