### Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or those in need of home care. ### Responsibilities

- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Implement care plans and follow established protocols
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals in your care
- Document observations, activities, and any incidents that occur during your shift

### Qualifications

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or in a similar caregiving role is preferred
- Knowledge of systems related to working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with dementia care is beneficial
- Ability to lift and assist with transfers as needed
- First aid certification is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
