What Youll Do

You will be leading multiple brands for a large portfolio of business and team across Patient and Healthcare provider work. You will be leading the day to day and for the future. Beautiful design and great concepts are a must with prior healthcare experience. This will be a strong hybrid opportunity amongst digital, video, VR, print and much more.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to become the strategic brand steward across multiple clients/brands by leading clients to develop and deploy breakthrough brand strategies.
  • Strong background partnering with medical to develop strategic recommendations for both internal and external audiences that provide actionable insights to move client brands forward.
  • Experience performing landscape assessments and supporting the development of client brand plans and Enthusiastic about understanding new disease categories and treatments.
    • Maintains a deep understanding of the market opportunity, competitive dynamics, clinical landscape, customer segments, customer motivators/barriers, and brand differentiators for assigned brands.
    • Ability to develop case studies and industry analogs to help bolster recommendations and support client objectives.
  • Solid presenter and communicator in both person and in the ability to develop presentations with strategic storytelling skills,
  • Campaign development and assessment skills:
    • Supports the Creative Team throughout the creative development process (provides research results and other stimulus materials)
    • Perseveres in nurturing and championing the bold creative idea.
    • Supports client market research needs, providing input to clients research vendor on design and generating actionable insights from the research.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops in collaboration with department leads and SVP of strategy that help build brand foundations (positioning, personality, briefs, scientific pillars)

Someone who can collaborate closely with different personalities and working style and help them work together harmoniously.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Rare diseases and/or oncology strategy strongly preferred; knowledge of companion diagnostics appreciated.
  • 8 years in healthcare communications
  • Management of launch and mature brand strategies
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communications
  • Skilled in developing new business decks (written submissions, presentations, pre-reads, and ideate research)
  • Must be able to be in the office in NYC 3 days week, travel to clients, and as needed to US congresses.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $142,500- $175,000
