Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Filler Operator must comply with all quality standards and protocols by filling out the appropriate quality check forms issued by the shift lead in the production packet. Filler Operator must constantly monitor the quality of their current production run. Filler Operator must not leave the area of his/her production line without relief; any time in which production is not properly monitored quality is at risk.

Responsible for but not limited to

• Verify the shop order and production packet issued by the shift lead with IFS. Including but not limited to: Calculations of Fill Weights (fluid number, ounces, density) vs. Production Shop Order/Blend Sheet.
• Assist with the pigging process.
• Flush the line and filler over to ensure the fluid passes all specs required by the lab, in a timely manner.
• Verify all raw materials for the production run with the quality proofs issued in the production packet, and that the fluid has passed all specifications by the lab before the production process starts.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner. No exceptions. (see paperwork requirements)
• Monitor the line speed during production and notify the shift leader and/or management if the line is running under target speed.
• Constantly monitor the fill weights and record them on the appropriate paperwork. Report any variances in fill weights to the shift lead and/or management.
• Constantly monitor the quality of the materials and product during the production run and record quality checks on the appropriate paperwork.
• Report any production issues to the shift lead and/or management immediately.
• Responsible for running his/her production runs in a productive and efficient manner.

Education/Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Time Management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Must be willing to work all three shifts, including weekends and or holidays as needed, in addition to overtime

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
