In addition, we offer truckload brokerage services, including dedicated fleet services, and intermodal, first- and last-mile, high-value drayage services, both to and from seaports and railheads, dedicated contract and Container Freight Station warehouse and handling services. - Coordinate the transportation of goods by air or ocean including scheduling with carriers and managing the movement of goods through various transportation methods.
- Prepare and process required documentation for International Export Transportation.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and the directives as outlined by leadership and the company guidelines.
- Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other internal departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to ensure timely and efficient service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international export operation.
- Cargo wise knowledge preferred.
