In this role, the selected candidate will assume executive responsibilities for nursing and associated clinical services across various locations in the Johnson County area, encompassing Long-term Care, Sub-Acute Care, and Assisted Living. This position involves steering effective leadership and managerial efforts in risk management, infection control, quality assurance, safety, and compliance programs. The ultimate goal is to yield tangible results in preventing and mitigating potential losses to the organization. Additionally, the Director of Nursing will be instrumental in developing programs and orchestrating the implementation of person-centered care.
