Responsibilities

• Polish and maintain all equipment of F&B outlets.
• Clean dirty plates, glassware, and silverware.
• Maintain the cleanliness in work area per health code standards
• Empty garbage and recycling
• Push queen mary cart, poker chips and other rolling equipment
• Organize storerooms and storage areas
• Participate in employee meetings, training sessions, and line-ups.
• Maintain overall presentation of dining room by ensuring that linens and chairs are clean and straight, floors, walls and windows are clean, light bulbs are not burnt out.
• Maintain centerpieces: fresh flowers watered, vases polished, condiments and sugars and salt and peppers clean and full according to standards.
• Fold napkins according to specified standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to reach or bend 
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Must be available weekends and holidays

Pay: $17.00/hour. The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
