Job Description

The Grande Dame is now hiring for a Banquet Setup Houseperson. Come and join the #1 Hotel in the City of Pittsburgh and her Team!

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the set up and cleanliness of all meeting rooms and banquet events space in the Hotel. Duties can (but are not limited to) include: setting, moving, changing, breaking down tables, chairs, and various equipment in banquet rooms as well as any other duties as instructed by your manager. 

Qualifications

 - This schedule will be predominately afternoons- evenings including weekends and holidays. 

-This position requires a great deal of lifting, up to 300 lbs.

-Must communicate clearly and have positive customer service skills with guests and fellow associates.

Union Rate increases- first 3 months the rate will be $14.96 after 3 months rate is $15.79, 6 months the rate is $16.62
