OMNI Environmental Solutions (ND) is Hiring an Application Support - Corp Near Carencro, LA
- This role will deliver support to all departments and end users related to application implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and overall performance.
- Example of Duties:
- Support 3rd party applications, integrations and manage the vendor relationship related to account management and escalations.
- Collaborate and facilitate business discussions to understand the opportunity/problem.
- Understand and document business processes, information, and system requirements.
- Work with users, vendors, and other stakeholders to determine, document, and build Application processes.
- Identify potential areas of improvement for existing interfaces and propose/implement changes to improve those processes.
- Familiarity with development guidelines and standards for system deployment, testing, revisions, and updates.
- Provide Tier III support for escalations related to application functionality, installation, and upgrade requirements.
- Support end-user inquiries related to application incidents and new requests utilizing a ticketing system to create, modify, track, and update tickets.

Reports to the IT Manager
Job Requirements:
- Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue-resolution techniques.
- Experience with ERP, ECM, and CRM applications preferred.
- Minimal travel may be required.
