**Overview:**
We are seeking an Assistant Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in team management, food service management, hotel operations, banquet services, catering, interviewing, food handling, and food production.
**Duties:**
- Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations
- Manage and lead staff in delivering exceptional service
- Coordinate and execute events such as banquets and catering services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Interview, hire, and train new team members
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
