Concrete Laborer

Based out of Everett we are primarily serving King and Snohomish County. We are a smaller company with the opportunity for fast growth. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities/ Job Details:

• Perform general construction labor to include job site clean-up and moving of materials by hand.
• Operating motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, saws, concrete vibrators, and power trowels.
• Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
• Working during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise, and dust from construction operations depending upon the project site.
• Loads and unloads construction supplies to and from flatbeds.
• Prepares construction site as needed, including setting up job site with signs, cones, and materials; breaks down construction site at end of the job.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations and practices preventive safety measures; wears required PPE. Prepares work site for concrete pour, using shovels and other hand tools.
• Sets concrete forms, ensuring they have the correct depth and pitch with the help of lead/foreman.
• Ensures the cement mixture is safely handled, properly poured, and finished free of cracks and imperfections with the help of a lead/foreman.
• Smooths and finishes freshly poured cement or concrete, using floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools with the help of a lead/foreman.
• Removes and cleans forms, boards, and stakes once the job is complete; cleans tools and
• ensures debris is removed from the work site.
• Cleans and maintain tools, trucks, and equipment. Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk over rough, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to climb stairs or ladders.
• Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking.
• Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
