We are seeking a highly motivated Management and Program Analyst to support a critical law enforcement agency and provide expertise on a dynamic project management team. Come join our team and dive headfirst into planning, assisting, supporting, and executing a variety of initiatives related to personnel functions. You will frequently engage with key customer leadership, compile and present various reports, analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings. In addition, you will assess and leverage processes for project management, quality management, and risk management. The Management and Program Analyst will perform the following:
· Plan, assist, support, and execute activities related to personnel management, financial management, human resource, and intelligence functions
· Evaluate current operational processes for possible inefficiencies or areas for improvement, and make recommendations to leadership to optimize results
· Collect and analyze intelligence data from a variety of databases and documents; interpret data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports to communicate findings
· Provide weekly status updates and briefings for leadership and other team members
· Gather, interpret, and evaluate data related to business/project information and develop recommendations to advise management decisions
· Maintain and update information contained in databases to track and coordinate efforts across the division
· Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather intelligence requirements and ensure the timely delivery of intelligence reports and products
· Assess, develop, and recommend business process optimization strategies, new systems, procedures, and organizational changes that impact projects’ strategic direction
· Analyze and report on project status and requirements for various initiatives
· Coordinate and facilitate various project meetings
· Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in the field of intelligence analysis
· Utilize SharePoint and other software tools to display and share data and analytical findings
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with five (5) or more years of experience using analytical techniques and methodologies to oversee a variety of programs. Bachelor’s degree may be waived with eight (8) or more years of experience.
· Experience preparing/delivering briefings and presentations to management/executives
· Excellent research and analytical skills
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required
· Top Secret clearance is required
· On-site in Washington, D.C
