Full Time Community Manager (Fair Oaks)

Homeowners Association Management firm looking to hire an experienced Community Manager for our office in Fair Oaks. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and organized, able to multi-task and have excellent time management skills. Strong customer service skills and follow up are of great importance.

All applicants must have at least two (2) years of successful Community Management experience. CCAM or CMCA designation(s) required.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Supervising the operation and administration of a portfolio of Homeowners Associations.

· Attending and running Board meetings and community events as needed.

· Assembling Board Packets, creating Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Newsletters, Annual Budgets and other documents as required.

· Responsible for communicating with community vendors and management of routine service and special project contracts.

· Ensuring all civil code and legal requirements are met and associations remain in compliance.
