Omni Community Health is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as the Community Clinical Coordinator. As part of the Omni Family of Services, Omni Community Health is a behavioral health organization providing and coordinating care for children and adults. As the Community Clinical Coordinator, you would provide direct services to clients and their families as well as serving as a significant support to the FITT Director. The Family Intervention Treatment Team (FITT) is an intensive, 90-day program, for youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement (e.g., hospitalization, foster care disruptions/support, residential, detention).

What you bring to this role:

  • A desire to help others become the best they can be in serving our clients while managing a healthy work/life balance.
  • Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
  • Master’s Degree required. Licensure at the LMSW, LPC, or other comparable level and on a full independent licensure track under the regular supervision of a licensed practitioner as required by the licensure boards to bill for mental health services to those in their state.
  • Certification or company approved training in proper crisis prevention/de-escalation initiatives and universal precautions required.
  • If required, TB (PPD) test, completed within 30 days of hire date.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
