Omni Community Health is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as the Community Based Therapist Wilder. As part of the Omni Family of Services, Omni Community Health is a behavioral health organization providing and coordinating care for children and adults. We are 100% employee owned and we are as dedicated to supporting our team members as we are to the clients we serve.

As the Community Based Therapist Wilder, you would be responsible for providing on-going crisis/risk assessments, developing and monitoring safety plans, providing individual, group and family therapy, participating in interdisciplinary treatment team to meet the needs of Wilder clients. Wilder Youth Development Center is a locked, juvenile justice facility that provides rehabilitation for juveniles who are in state custody for committing crimes against society. The rehabilitation includes providing mental health services so that the individuals being served can be successfully re-integrated into the general community.

• Must be an individual with a master’s degree who is on a licensure track or license eligible. Licensure supervision provided.
• Strong working knowledge of clinical diagnoses using the DSM V and interventions to address mental health conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
