Our continually growing, high-tech orthodontic office is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to work as a Front Desk Concierge/Insurance Coordinator. Experience with orthodontic insurance is a plus but not necessary for the right person.
Our front desk concierge supports and assists our patients and office team. It is essential to be flexible, be friendly, have a "can do" personality, and work in a timely fashion. In addition, a concierge must display open communication with patients and co-workers, and a commitment to unparalleled patient satisfaction.
Our remodeled office is completely digital/paperless with an exciting and friendly work environment that utilizes the latest in technology. We are seeking someone who has a nurturing, cheerful, warm, enthusiastic, and positive personality. Must be a team player and be service oriented.
Excellent communication skills are required. The best candidates are friendly, positive, confident, and possess great customer service skills.
