Requirements:

· Proven track record as a successful Partner in a law firm

· Collaborate with other Partners and legal professionals to enhance client services and overall firm capabilities.

· Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and legal expertise.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and legal developments to ensure the firm remains competitive and compliant

· Demonstrated ability to generate and sustain a portable business ranging from $350,000 to $1M.

· Practice area in at least one: Employment Law, Medical Malpractice, Workman comp, Insurance Defense, Transportation & Trucking, Civil Lit, Healthcare, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Corporate M&A.

· Strong networking and business development skills.

· Exceptional legal acumen and client relationship management capabilities

· Ability to work independently and contribute effectively

Responsibilities:

· Represent clients in court and handle all aspects of litigation

· Conduct legal research and analysis using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

· Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts

· Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

· Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

· Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings

· Manage a caseload and meet deadlines

Education:

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

· Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)

· Certifications: Bar admission in the state(s) of practice.
