We are looking for a skilled and motivated working Lead Person to join our team on the second shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or production environment and be able to work effectively and independently.

As a Lead Person, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of production workers and ensuring that daily production goals are met. You will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are working safely and efficiently and that all quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, be able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail. This is a second-shift position, and the ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
