Property and casualty experience is MUSTRole Overview:A Delivery Leader with a focus on Property and Casualty (P&C) in an IT services company plays a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency. Accountable and responsible for driving vertical growth, P&L, Operational metrics jointly with the VBUs and sales leader and maintaining existing client relationships in order to ensure achievement of planned growth and delivery targets. Here are key responsibilities and skills associated with this role:
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT services projects related to Property and Casualty insurance
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the P&C insurance sector
  • Understand client requirements and expectations, and ensure service delivery aligns with these
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams involved in project delivery
  • Implement quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the delivery team
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of Property and Casualty insurance processes and business operations
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve project goals
  • Skill in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
  • Financial management skills to oversee project budgets and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs
  • A successful Delivery Manager in the IT services industry, focusing on Property and Casualty, combines technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance domain to deliver value to clients and drive business success
