- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT services projects related to Property and Casualty insurance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the P&C insurance sector
- Understand client requirements and expectations, and ensure service delivery aligns with these
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams involved in project delivery
- Implement quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the delivery team
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions
- Solid understanding of Property and Casualty insurance processes and business operations
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement
- Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve project goals
- Skill in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
- Financial management skills to oversee project budgets and profitability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution
