Role Overview:

As a Billing Specialist, you will assist the Billing Supervisor with various tasks, including tracking new customers, creating contracts, and handling monthly billing processes. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial backbone of our service agreements and project services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and send new customer packets.
• Track customer forms and documentation, ensuring the return of ACH forms and contact forms.
• Manage monthly billing for recurring Service Agreements and complete Project Service billing as needed.
• Enter new agreements and manage existing ones in ConnectWise, including PM agreements and specific service types like Email Security and Smart Sync.
• Set up and manage document tickets for projects and finance tasks.
• Check for and assign website leads to appropriate teams.
• Perform additional duties and special assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong problem-solver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with complex billing, such as legal billing or previous MSP experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of billing software and systems, especially ConnectWise, is strongly preferred.
