As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will build key customer relationships, identify up selling opportunities, generate referral business, and close deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of the current market and industry trends. The primary objective is to identify quality decision-makers, provide excellent consultative sales support, and drive profit margins on behalf of our client.

Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a central point of contact to answer product questions and inquiries
• Identify new business opportunities and produce innovative solutions for potential clients
• Effectively communicate and adapt to all types of customers, clients, and team members with empathy and understanding
• Respond to product requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment and create a referral pipeline
• Shadow senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
