The Change Management Coordinator will be a member of the Lima Project Controls Team. This position is considered and entry to mid-level role, reporting to the Project Controls Manager Capital supporting Capital Projects and Turnaround organization. The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be supporting project controls in the change management process for these organizations.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following position requirements in a competent and professional manner:

• Review and validate that all supporting documents are complete and accurate
• Track and coordinate all change orders through a well-defined strict approval process
• Provide status update for all change documents.
• Support Project Controls organization for all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
• Support corporate subcontracts management group to update all purchase orders and agreements if necessary
• Be proficient in the Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
