NB Omega is seeking a short term Administrator - Training for our oil & Gas Client in Toledo, OH.
Assignment Description
The Administrator - Training will be responsible for providing administrative support and logistical tasks to Learning Advisors and SMEs for the Basic Operator Training (BOT) class in Toledo.
- Print materials needed for topics
- Pick up lunches
- Create “paper” folders for each new hire. And file appropriate material.
- Create information sheets for each trainee.
- Track “back-office information” (test scores, etc.).
- Prepare room daily for training. And check room at end of each day.
