Oregon Man Clinics in Bend, Oregon. This is a busy Men's Health Clinic with two well-established Family Medicine physicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively working closely together with Medical Assistants and Physician.
• Ensuring prompt and courteous services to clients and patients
• Adherence to HIPAA laws and policy
• Recruiting new patients
• Checking Patients in for scheduled medical appointments and verifying insurance
• Answering Phones and providing excellent customer service to our patients.
• Keeping provider and staff on task and maintaining effective clinic flow throughout the day.
• Performing Venipunctures and Administering injections as needed
• Rooming patients and collecting vital signs as needed

Requirements:

• Creative problem-solver
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience with medical office financial management and day to day operations.
• Experience with EMR
• CMA or CPT recommended but not required
• Customer Service Experience
