We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Restoration Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing restoration projects, working with insurance companies, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Learn and use the CRM system for project management and reporting.
• Meet with insurance companies for adjustments and negotiations.
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate new business.
• Train and support canvassers in sales techniques.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the restoration process.
• Carry out physical tasks such as lifting up to 80lbs, climbing ladders, and walking on roofs.
• Familiarity with roofing and siding materials and techniques.
• Create detailed reports, scope of work, and contracts for homeowners.
• Upsell warranties and additional services to improve homes.
• Follow pricing sheets and guidelines for accurate estimates.
• Attend regular in-house meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and drama-free work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and dedication to customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Insurance coverage including workmans comp and general liability.
• Own equipment such as Cougar Paws, tape measure, chalk, and iPad with Internet access.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time.
• 10% commission on total revenue for beginner representatives.
• Monthly bonus structure.
• $600 gas card.
• Performance-based bonuses at the end of the year.
• Company-provided truck, ladder rack, and ladders.
• Gas card for travel with limitations.
• Auto insurance coverage (for good driving record holders).
