Description

• Support and sustain commitment to compliance.
• Adhere to federal and state laws, relevant healthcare agency program requirements and OMAMA's business policies and Code of Conduct.

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.

• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients’ regarding their disease processes and treatments.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
• Provide hands-on nursing care like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.

• A current nursing license in Massachusetts.

• Hands-on nursing experience (required).
• Home care experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.

• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.Nursing: 1 year (Recommended)
• License/Certification: Massachusetts RN, LPN license (Required)

• US work authorization (Required)

Supplemental Pay:

• Travel reimbursement

Physical Setting: Outpatient

Schedule: On call
