Job Summary: The Maintenance Assistant role is a hands-on position that will support the Maintenance Manager in conducting routine maintenance functions and repairs. This position will require the ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly through hands-on experience and instruction.

Duties to include:

• Assist and Support Maintenance Manager as needed.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills tied to maintenance such as basic carpentry skills, masonry, plumbing, and landscaping.
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel and team members.
• Conduct routine maintenance routes such as followed:
• Air filter replacements
• Water filter replacements
• Emergency exit and lighting inspections
• Gutter cleaning
• Paint upkeep
• Trash Pickup
• Debris cleanup
• Etc
• May require supporting other disciplines when short handed such as: landscaping, housekeeping, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
