We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Entry Level Client Service Associate to join our service team. In order to support our clients and their potential customers, we prioritize a high standard of customer care above anything else. The Entry Level Client Service Associate plays an integral role in bridging the gap between our client’s mission and campaigns and their customer’s needs. By communicating, troubleshooting, and utilizing business strategy, the Entry Level Client Services Associate is able to communicate effectively and understand our client’s sales and outreach strategy.
Entry Level Client Service Associate Responsibilities
- Learn about our client services and offerings through hands on training and development
- Attend training and development sessions for our clients and team
- Handle day to day campaign management for each client assigned
- Provide customer support and communicate directly with the Sales and Marketing teams
- Collaborate with team members on various project implementation and marketing strategies for each client
- Personalize customer support through friendly and professional interactions
- Utilize marketing and sales strategies to aid clients in reaching daily, monthly, and quarterly goals and projections
- Analyze data and performance indicators to optimize personal and team resources
Entry Level Client Service Associate Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in customer service or customer facing role required
- Sales or Marketing background preferred, but not required
- Must have excellent communication skills while being able to build rapport through personability
- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter
- Requires a passion for the community and helping others
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
