Company looking for someone with a passion for design that also enjoys a hands-on opportunity to

provide decoration on small run projects using the following equipment:

Mimaki Large Format Printer

Laser Engraving Machine

Computer Engraving Machine

Vinyl Plotter

Film Printer

We are willing to train – no machine experience necessary, however experience is a plus.

Job Title: Graphic Associate / Decoration Technician

• Must be detailed oriented.
• Familiar PC based operating systems.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with operating and maintaining graphics department equipment preferred, including large format printers, vinyl plotters, etc.
• Knowledgeable about production materials, substrates, laminates, vinyl, tools and printing processes.
• Experience with color management a plus
• Excellent electronic, written, and verbal communication skills.

Work Location: In Person – San Jose, CA

Work Schedule:
Regular Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Overtime and weekends upon request.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 based on experience

Duties:
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective designs
- Assist with production design tasks, including layout design, typesetting, and color management
- Contribute to logo design projects, ensuring brand consistency and creativity
- Support the team in market research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Assist with the creation of multimedia content using Adobe After Effects
- Maintain and update websites using WordPress

Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong artistic skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of production design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with color theory and typography
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
