Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Professional Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automobiles, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by showcasing features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge.
• Effectively negotiate prices and close sales deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Continuously update knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license.
