Olympia Provisions is Hiring a Handyworker Near Portland, OR

Are you seeking a job with a company that values quality, sustainability, and community? If so, Olympia Provisions may be the perfect fit for you!
As Oregon's inaugural USDA-approved salumeria, we are dedicated to perfecting American charcuterie while prioritizing every aspect of our process - from production to customer service. We pride ourselves on our commitment to tradition, which is evident in the exquisite taste of our products.
Our aspirations go beyond just exceptional quality, however. We aim to honor our local farmers, promote decentralized pork production, and foster partnerships that enrich our communities and ecosystems. To accomplish these goals, we seek a team member who is passionate, resourceful, and ready to be a part of a vibrant team that embraces tradition.
If you are considering a position with us as a handyworker, you will have the chance to join a company that is making a real difference in both our industry and community. Help us to continue to flourish and expand, and join us on this exciting journey!

As a Handyworker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our production and facility equipment and grounds. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting inspections, performing minor repairs, and handling general labor tasks such as painting, mild landscaping, lifting, and moving.

Your attention to detail and ability to make necessary repairs in areas such as carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing will be essential for our operations. As a valuable member of our team, you will work closely with technicians and managers to identify issues, report any unusual situations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

We are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement for this position. As a Handyworker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Join us in this important role and be part of a team dedicated to maintaining our facilities at their best.

At Olympia Provisions, we are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment, and we are looking for candidates who share that commitment. If you are a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining equipment and facilities, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity today!
