Position: Part-Time Property Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with current tenants to ensure their needs are met and their experiences are enhanced.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with ownership to maintain and improve property operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance coordination and lease management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of property policies and procedures.
  • Help renew leases with existing tenants and potentially find new tenants to fill vacancies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
  • Preference for candidates residing near Frankfort/Mokena, IL.
  • Broker's license is an added benefit.

Schedule: Approximately 15-20 hours per week

Location: Frankfort/Mokena, IL
