SUMMARY

The Bartender creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests when at the Club for a private or Club-sponsored event. Responsible for providing a five-star member dining and exceeding member expectations while ensuring compliance with all local and state laws and Club policies and procedures for serving alcohol.

Requirements

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Basic math skills. 
• Cash-handling experience. 
• Knowledge of essential food preparation and knife skills. 
• 21 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Fluent, written and conversational, English.
• Experienced computer user.
• Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment. 
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Clubhouse and patio areas. 
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

• This is a seasonal position with varying hours.
• Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts start as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 2:00 am. 
• Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10 hours.
