Polyurethane Technician responsibilities:

• Install Polyurethane Foam injections with careful consideration and precision.
• Interact with customers to ensure customer trust and understanding.
• Maximize customer satisfaction by explaining the Foundation Repair or Polyurethane Foam process.
• Communicate with managers, technical professionals, other departments, or contractors to coordinate projects and resolve problems.
• Operate and care for company vehicles, tools and equipment in order to ensure long lasting use.
• Clean and prepare construction areas to eliminate possible hazards. Ensure proper cleanup of all work areas after each job is complete.
• Follow oral and written instructions; communicate effectively with all employees.

 Requirements

• Foundation Repair/Polyurethane Foam experience is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detailed and able to follow practices/procedures.
• Ability to continuously stand for up to 10 or more hours a day, bend, and stoop
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; load and unload materials and supplies
• Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
• Must have a valid drivers license with a favorable driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
