We are a plastic injection molder located in Chaska, MN who is looking for a first shift multi-talented individual who enjoys learning and serving others through his/her mechanical skill set.

This role will assist the Maintenance Manager in assuring our production team can run efficiently by providing preventative maintenance and repair services on our wide variety of production equipment. Attention will also be given to helping maintain our building. Additionally, opportunities will exist to help design and fabricate as well as occasionally aiding with internal construction projects. Skills will be further developed by regularly assisting our Pressroom with mold and auxiliary equipment set ups to keep production running.

The ideal candidate would have hydraulic and electrical experience, with the ability to read and understand schematics preferred or willing to learn, and be able to work independently as well as in teams. This role requires a self-starter personality that is adaptable to change and able to move between job functions in an efficient and well-prioritized manner.

Schedule: FT – Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

• Essential job duties require reaching, bending and grasping
