Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Skills:
- Experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and drink mixing
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments
- Hospitality-oriented mindset to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle food safely and follow hygiene standards
- Sales skills to promote specials or new menu items
