Ollion does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.Key Responsibilities:Lead client relationship management efforts, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key clients, with a focus on driving long-term partnerships and revenue growth.Prospect and onboard new clients, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to identify potential clients and cultivate new business opportunities.Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell data consulting services to new and existing clients, working closely with the practice to develop tailored solutions that address client challenges and objectives.Collaborate with internal teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet client expectations and deliver measurable value.Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to understand client requirements, develop proposals and pricing estimates, and negotiate contracts and service agreements.Develop account plans in coordination with Ollion Sales team members.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on data analytics, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the areas of data and AI, and share insights and recommendations with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of client retention and loyalty.Contribute to strategic planning efforts for client engagement, developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of our data and AI services and expand our client base. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our growing Data Insights practice. The Client Partner will play a critical role in cultivating and expanding client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional data-driven solutions to meet client needs.
